TMJ also known as temporomandibular joint and muscle disorders are disorders in which the jaw and chewing muscles are affected. Temporomandibular joints are two joints that are located right in front of your ears.
Although the cause of this disorder can’t always be explained there are many symptoms that can determine if you have a Tmj disorder.
What is TMJ/TMD?
If you have TMJ disorders rest assure there is something that can not only help but cure TMJ.
Most people who suffer from TMJ disorders report pain in the jaw, face, neck and teeth but other areas are also affected. Headaches and earaches are a major symptoms of TMJ and often happen on a daily basis. If you find that chewing or biting down on things causes pain or discomfort that may be a sign of TMJ. Tenderness around the jaw or other jaw pain can also be associated with TMJ. Other symptoms include pain in the face or inability to open your mouth.
Although the cause of most TMJ disorders can’t be explained there are some factors that contribute to these disorders. Having braces may cause TMJ disorders when the braces are put on too tight, too loose or simply just irritating to the mouth and jaw. Having poor posture especially for those who spend a great deal of time looking down at a desk or computer screen will also notice having symptoms of TMJ. Having a bad diet, bad sleeping habits or living a very stressful life can also be causes of TMJ. Other causes include dislocating the jaw, fracturing something on the face or even arthritis.
There are a few ways to figure out if you have an TMJ disorder. First is talking to a few different health professionals. Next a series of x-rays and other tests will be performed to see if there is something wrong with your jaw or teeth. If you notice a number of the symptoms listed above you may be suffering from TMJ.

TMJ can be very painful, extremely inconvenience and even cause long term damage if left untreated. Luckily for people like me (and some of my family members who also suffer from jaw pains) there is an answer to our problems.
I stumbled across a guide called TMJ No More ™ during my research for answers to my jaw pain. Not only was I surprised to see that there were many others like me suffering, but I also found a way to cure my constant TMJ pain. This guide allowed me to cure all of my TMJ in less than 2 months and even I saw a great deal of improvement in less than 12 hours.
The part that impressed me most was the fact that I didn’t need to take any medications, use any mouth guards or have an scary and unnecessary surgery. After using this guide I told my family members about it too and they were able to achieve the same relief I did. Now we no longer have to deal with the daily pain associated with TMJ disorders.
Occasionally I come across friends who suffer from these symptoms and when I refer them to this cure for TMJ they find the results are astonishing!
